We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your furniture, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items such as beds, chairs, wardrobes (almirahs), and tables must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Please note that custom-made or assembled furniture is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
